Each Gist workspace has a monthly email send limit associated with it based on its plan. This email send count is incremented every time an email is sent through Gist. For example, if you send a one-off email to 100 contacts, that is calculated as 100 email sends against your monthly limit.
The following types of emails count toward your monthly send limit:
- Marketing emails sent from the Messages product.
- Automated emails sent from automation rules, workflows, including internal emails.
- Follow-up emails that send to contacts after a form submission.
The following types of emails do not count toward your monthly send limit:
- Gist support notification emails
- Test emails
