How Do I Add Social Media and Footer Links to My Knowledge Base?

A great way to keep your branding consistent on your Knowledge Base to use the "links" feature. This allows you to include your social media links and other links that are important to your business on every page of your Knowledge Base in the Footer area.

Setting up your footer and social media links is a simple process, just follow the steps below.

Setting up your footer and social media links is a simple process, just follow the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to "Basic Settings" under the "Knowledge Base" Header in your settings.

Step 2: Scroll down the page, to the link fields.

1. Enter your social media links in the appropriate empty fields.

2. Enter the Text and URL Links of any Footer links you wish to include.

3. "Click" the "Add" button to create more fields/links.

4. When done, "Click" save at the bottom of the page. 

And that's it! This shouldn't take more than a few minutes, so go and set up your links right now!
