The following triggers allow you to enroll contacts into a workflow based on their interactions with drip email campaigns. These triggers can be used to automate actions based on campaign activity.

Triggers

  1. Subscribed to a Campaign: Enrolls a contact into a workflow when they match the entry conditions of an email campaign.

  2. Exited from a Campaign: Enrolls a contact into a workflow when they match the exit conditions of an email campaign.

  3. Completed a Campaign: Enrolls a contact into a workflow when they are sent the last email of the campaign.

Setup

1. Select the specific campaign from the dropdown list of all available campaigns in the workspace.

2. Click Save.

Example Use Cases

  • Subscribed to a Campaign: Trigger a workflow to create tasks or notifications for your team to follow up with the new subscribers.

  • Exited from a Campaign: Trigger a workflow to update the contact's profile or move them to a different segment for further nurturing.

  • Completed a Campaign: Trigger a workflow to notify your sales team to follow up with the contact who completed the campaign..
