The survey triggers allow you to enroll contacts into a workflow based on their interactions with surveys on your website or app. These triggers can be used to automate actions based on survey activity.

Triggers

  1. Viewed a Survey: Enrolls a contact into a workflow when they see the survey on your website or app.

  2. Started a Survey: Enrolls a contact into a workflow when they interact with the welcome step or submit the first step of the survey if the welcome step is disabled.

  3. Completed a Survey: Enrolls a contact into a workflow when they complete the last step of the survey.

  4. Reached a Survey Goal: Enrolls a contact into a workflow when they meet the conditions of the goal set in the survey editor.

Setup

1. Select the specific survey from the dropdown list of all available surveys in the workspace.

2. Click Save.

Example Use Cases

  • Viewed a Survey: Trigger a workflow to follow up with additional information or reminders after a contact views a survey.

  • Started a Survey: Trigger a workflow to encourage completion of the survey or provide assistance when a contact starts a survey.

  • Completed a Survey: Trigger a workflow to send a thank-you message or next steps after a contact completes a survey.

  • Reached a Survey Goal: Trigger a workflow to reward contacts who meet specific goals within a survey, such as providing valuable feedback or completing key questions.
