  2. Completed a Workflow: Enrolls a contact into a workflow when they exit a specific workflow.

  3. Reached a Workflow Goal: Enrolls a contact into a workflow when they meet the conditions of the goal set in the workflow editor.

Setup

1. Select the specific workflow from the dropdown list of all available workflows in your workspace.

2. Click Save.

Example Use Cases

  • Started a Workflow: Trigger a workflow to send a welcome email or initiate a sequence of actions when a contact is enrolled into a specific workflow.

  • Completed a Workflow: Trigger a workflow to send a follow-up survey or a thank-you message when a contact completes a specific workflow.

  • Reached a Workflow Goal: Trigger a workflow to reward contacts who meet specific goals within a workflow, such as making a purchase or completing a training module.
