You can prevent back-to-back meetings of all kinds or perhaps only those meetings that require an in-person visit. For example, to leave a 15-minute space between meetings for travel, clean up, prep for next appointment, or a snack/bathroom break.

By using the "Buffer time" functionality, you get fine-grained control over the availability displayed in your public meeting link. You can make the following selections on a per-meeting link basis:

1) On your meeting link page, Navigate to the "Availability" tab.

2) Under the "Buffer time", select the amount of time you want to add before or after a meeting.

Note: When you add buffer time, your Google calendar would only show the event with meeting duration and doesn't include the buffer time.
